Sterling Silver Cuff Bangle

Walter and Nancy Jewellery is made by me, Rosie.
Walter and Nancy Jewellery is handcrafted in my workshop in Surrey. It was started as a way for me to relax away from a stressful day job. I have always been drawn to silver jewellery and the very first piece of jewellery that I chose for myself was a handmade stacker ring from a craft market in Cambridge. I was very young at the time but the excitement I felt has stayed with me ever since.
Where did the Walter and Nancy name come from?
Walter and Nancy were my grandparents and seemed to my very young self to be so very glamorous. Grandma had the most beautiful baby blue luggage set including a round vanity case which I would love to find a similar version of.
Hi and thank you for visiting Walter and Nancy Jewellery.
I make my pieces in my work shop at home in Surrey in the South East of England.
I was brought up in the beautiful Northern Irish countryside and moved over to England many years ago to train to be a primary school teacher. Recently, I have completed a Diploma in Silver Jewellery and another in Fine Jewellery. Hallmarks fascinate me and have done for many years. When I saw my makers mark on a piece of jewellery I made, for the first time it was a real moment of pride for me.
I absolutely love working with silver, my favourite part of the making process is polishing the silver to a sparkle.

It is a legal requirement in the UK for precious metals over a certain weight to be hallmarked. It is your guarantee that if you think you are paying for silver, gold or platinum that the metal you are getting is what you think you are getting.
I love hallmarks and find them fascinating!
